How do I set up a Download page ?

I would like to have my guests who visit my website be able to "download
stuff" from my website, but I do not know how to set it up ? I'd like them
to be able to download Files and compressed zip files etc. How do I set up
my Website so that a person will be able to go to a page where they can
download certain files, with permission of course. I don't want them just to
be able to "right click" on a file and download. They must get either
permission or purchase content that I have available and set up in files.

Either use your ISP server tools to create a password protected folder/area
for your content or set up a FP subweb with special permissions. Then place
your content in these areas with a hyperlink to them from your main public
site.
