I need to set up a work schedule for two people. I want to be able to see who
is doing what during each hour of the day.

You can use Tasks in Outlook 2003 and in BCM 2003 to assign stuff to people,
then see the Tasks via the Tasks|Timeline view. But to really monitor daily
schedules I think you have to use other software. You can track projects and
assignments in BCM 2007, but I think you're needing a more particular
scheduling product, not answered in this newsgroup.

BCM Help is great tool - we should all use it!

Link a task from Outlook to a Business Contact Manager for Outlook record
To help you track your customer interactions, you can link a task from
Outlook to a record in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact
Manager. When you link a task to an Account record, Business Contact record,
or Opportunity record, the task appears in the Account History Items,
Business Contact History Items, or Opportunity History Items section of the
record as well as in the Business History folder.

On the Go menu, click Tasks.
In the Tasks list, select the task that you want to link to a record.
Click the Link to Record button on the Business Contact Manager toolbar.
In the Link to a Record dialog box, click the down arrow next to the Record
Type box, and then select Accounts, Contacts, or Opportunities.
Enter a name in the Type a name or select from list box, or select a name
from the Available Records list.
Click the Link button, and then click OK.
Notes

If you delete the task from Outlook, you can still view information about
the task in the Account History Items, Business Contact History Items, or
Opportunity History Items section of the record or in the Business History
folder.
Business Contact Manager doesn't store all of the original task data. For
example, deleted attachments are not stored in Business Contact Manager.
