How do I set up a changing recurrence for days off?

I work 5 days on 2 days off and then 5 days on 3 days off. How can I set
this up in Office with minimial work?
 
Create either:
- two recurring events (one that's two days long, one that's three days
long - both recur every 16 days)
- five recurring events for each day off that recur every 16 days
- three recurring events each one day long. Two recur every 8 days the third
recurs every 16 days.
