how do i set up a call report for contacts

I would like to print a weekly sumary report of contact activity to email to
my sales manager, that would include appointments actions,notes followups etc.
 
Hi,
You can use the Business Contact History report feature. It summarizes all
the information entered for a Business Contact, including Business Contact
History Items.
Do the following steps to generate the report:
1. Go to Business Tools -->Reports -->Business Contacts -->Business Contact
History
2. Select the contact for which you want the report and click OK.
3. This will generate the report.
4. To generate the report on for the week, go to Action -->Modify Report in
the Report Menu bar. You can specify the period here.
