I would like to show a distribution list name in the to, but not have any
e-mail addresses or contact names viewable. Is this possible?

Try it and tell us.
Hardly anyone ever feels the need to do this, so I don't know anyone who's
tried it.

I've run a quick test and it does seem to work. I also confirmed that the
caution about using an address in the Exchange Server Global address book is
valid. This does accomplish the objective, even though it is a bit awkward.
Thanks for the tip.
