How do I set the size of a pop-up window?

I need to set the size of a window that pops up when a link is clicked. This
is an informational window and I want to set the controls so that it is a
specific size and so that the browser tool bars do not show. I have tried
several things in FrontPage and cannot find anything that does what I want
this to do. Any suggestions? I have the 2000 edition of FrontPage, though I
don't think that matters. I know I have done this before with just html
coding, but it's been so long now I don't remember what I did.
