You can set the size programmatically:

With ActiveSheet.ChartObjects(1)
.Width = 300
.Height = 200
End With

Hi,

If you hold the shift key whilst selecting the chart you can move with
the cursor keys. CTRL+1 will display the format dialog which will allow
you to alter the height and width.
Only thing is I don't know how to select the chart itself without using
the mouse :( Maybe some one else can shed some light on that one.

I don't think you will be able to move or size any of the chart elements
using keystrokes. Although I could be wrong on that.

Another way would be through VBA code.

Cheers

The arrows only change which item in a chart is selected. I suppose you could write
a class module to trap keyboard events on the chart and provide your own actions.

Select a chart object:

F5 (Goto), Alt-S (Special), Alt-B (Objects) + Enter

This selects all visible objects, then press Tab to cycle among them. And look what
I found in the help files:

*Select one or more objects without using the mouse*

If it is not on your Drawing toolbar, add the Select Multiple Objects button.

[add the button without using the mouse:]
Press ALT+F , and then press CTRL+TAB until you select the Drawing toolbar.
Press the RIGHT ARROW key until you reach the More Buttons arrow.
Press the DOWN ARROW key. The Add or Remove Buttons menu will appear.
Press the DOWN ARROW key, press the RIGHT ARROW key, and then press TAB until you
reach the Select Multiple Objects button, and then press ENTER.

On the Drawing toolbar, click Select Multiple Objects.
[without the mouse:
Press ALT+F , and then press CTRL+TAB until you select the Drawing toolbar.
Press the RIGHT ARROW key until you reach the Select Multiple Objects button.
Press Enter.]

Select the checkbox next to the object or objects you want, and then click OK.
[without the mouse:
Press up and down arrows to highlight desired object. Press spacebar to check or
uncheck the box. Press Enter to execute the choices.]
