How do I set text in front of motion backgrounds in Powerpoint'07

I love Powerpoint but I cannot seem to get it to set text in front of .mpg
files. Therefore I have to use different presentation software e.g.
Easyslide. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks and much appreciated - Ian.
 
Unfortunately not. Movies are always front and center.
