How do I set outlook to open to inbox when activated?

That's normally the folder shown when you open Outlook. What shows on your
copy?
 
It opens to personal folders and it's blank. I have set outlook up several
times and It has always defaulted to inbox. Help......

This answer is based on Office2000.....
On the menu line: Tools => Options => Other, and then Advanced Options
Then select Inbox under "Startup in this folder", OK you way out and
restart Outlook.
