How do I set outlook on my laptop no network?

I have purchased a Dell laptop along with the Microsoft Small Business Suite.
Microsoft Suite was installed by Dell and I want to use Outlook, Am I to use
the wizard to install outlook? Can you use Outlook without a server?

If you have steps that will show me how please send to my e-mail address

It is not wise to post your e-mail address. You increase the chances of
being spammed.

Yes, you can use Outlook without a server. But the Wizard if you use
it...and you don't have to) will prompt you to enter server information
so you will have to fake your way around that.

Once Outlook is installed, you can set it to work offline (click File -
Work Offline).

When I use the wizard I choose to use the http as my server; when I click
next outlook closes and I'm back to where I started
