HOW DO I SET OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 AS THE DEFAULT MAIL BOX

I'm not getting my emails in Outlook Express 6. How do I set Outlook as the
default mail box?
 
Set your choice in Internet Options, Programs. Note that Outlook and Outlook
Express are 2 diff programs--not sure which one you have. This forum is for
Outlook, not OE.
