How do I Set HomePage for all users on the computer

The default homepage is www.hp.com no matter who you log onto the machine as.
I have a XP network. How do I change it from HP.com to the website that I
want so that no matter who logs onto the computer gets the same startup page
without logging in as every single user..

Hello Jeff,
Run MMC and add the Group Policy Object Editor snap in. Go to Local Computer
Policy,User Configuration, Windows Settings, and Internet Explorer
Maintenance. Open the URLs folder and set your default homepage there.
