How do I set filter "If no body content and attachment then junk"

Recently I have been receiving a lot of spam mail where the body of the
e-mail is void of text and there are no attachements. I wish Microsoft's
spam filter was set to catch them but since that is not the case I would like
to create a filter that does this. I see no method for creating a filter
where a constraint value can be set for a null value.

Any Ideas?

Yes! The subject is blank as well but that alone would not qualify the
e-mail to be sent to the junk box.
