how do i set an auto date & time stamp for notes in contacts?

How do I set an auto date & time stamp to show when I add notes to the note
section in contacts?
 
Version of Outlook? Newer versions have the capability for you to insert the
stamp but older versions need VBA - see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/insertdate.asp for a sample. It inserts it
when you click a button but could easily be rewritten to insert when the
form is opened.
