How do I set a form to go from field to field automatically?

I've created a form in Word (2003) and would like to have the form go to the
next field automatically after data is entered.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. Such a form has to be protected for the fields to work. For more
about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm. In such a form,
one advances to the next field using the tab key.

If you are not using formfields from the Forms toolbar but rather
macrobutton fields, the F11 key will advance to the next field.

Hope this helps,
