How do I sent graphics with an email from frontpage 2000?

I am trying to send the entire webpage in a e-mail but there are icons where
the graphics should be.
 
Upload the graphics to an internet server, and link the images in the
page to those uploaded images.
Easier: publish the entire page and images to the internet, and email
the link.
Third option: Construct the page as stationery in Outlook Express.
