how do I sending a list of outlook contacts via email to another.

There are a number of ways. Answer would depend on what format the recipient
wants these Contacts.
 
Thank you Russ. My poor old mind had fogotten I could send the information
directly from Outlook as a vcf file. Thank you for the kind reply to my
question.
