how do I send to many recepients?

using windows vista home premium, 32 bit; desire to know proper format for
sending to multiple recepients
email name immediately followed by a semicolon then a space then the next
email address?
 
So you've mentioned your operating system. You have not mentioned your email
software or mail account type.
