can I do that?

Not an Outlook question, but open Clipboard Viewer (Start>All
Programs>Accessories>Clipboard Viewer. Select the Outlook window you want
and press ALT-PrintScreen. The active window will be pasted into the
Clipboard Viewer. Select Clipboard Viewer and click FIle>Save As. Send the
resulting file as an attachment to the person.

Or, if you have the right kind of keyboard, you can do it this way:

1. Press and hold CTRL while you select "Print Screen" (which is usually on
the top row of the keyboard, to the right of the Function keys. It usually
says something like "Print Screen/SysRq"

2. Then open Word or Excel and select "Paste". Your screen print will be
pasted into the document, which you can then save and send.

Hope this helps! Good luck.

or if you use html message format, just paste in an open message form.
(works with any keyboard)
