how do I send ppt as a slideshow

[Lost and confused]

I have read that all you have to do is save it as a pps, however I don't have
that option when I go into SAVE AS. Is there any other way?

You probably just need to scroll down in the "Save as Type" box

If you are talking about a PPT 2003 file, just rename the ppt extention in
pps using Windows Explorer. If you have PPT 2007 this is no longer possible.
