How do I send out months calendar

I need to set up some one to be able to send out his calendar to his co
workers he is runnign outlook2000. Any ideas.
 
Is everyone running Outlook?
Are they on an Exchange Server?
If so, he could give everyone rights to see his calendar.
Or you could send everyone a screen shot.
Or you could print the calendar to a pdf file and send that.
Or you could export everything and have everyone import it back into their
calendars...
