How do I send emails to 75 of 150 contacts in a distribution list

In all but one version of Outlook, DL's cannot be modified on a per message
basis.
Of course, we have no idea what version you are using.

Russ,
I am using Outlook 2003 Student/Teacher version. I imported a large
distribution list from Outlook Express. I could send emails to this group in
Express after editing and deleting some contacts, but I am getting an
"internal system" error when I try to send them a group email in this version
of Outlook 2003. Do you know what can I do to get emails to this large group?

Thanks,

This is a different question entirely.
Outlook Express does not use Distribution Lists so you could not have
imported a DL from OE.
On rare occasions, the groups that OE uses in its address book will be
converted to DL's in Outlook, but I have never seen them survive.
Explain what you actually did and how this DL now appears.

Your right! Sorry about the wrong terminology. I used "Groups" in contacts
in Outlook Express to distribute the same email to everyone in that "Group".
When I exported them to Outlook 2003 they appear to show up as a Distribution
list. Now I can't send a message to the same "Group" now a Distribution List
as I did before without an error message.

I would expect that. I've never seen an OE group imported successfully into
Outlook. Heck, you can't even export a DL from one version of Outlook to
another.
