How do I send email notice for calendar reminder?

The pop up reminder is not enough, my previous email tool had the ability to
email me reminders at a set time prior to the event.

How do I send email notices from the outlook 2003 SP calendar tool?

I am also looking for a solution for this. I am trying to find a way to have
Outlook send email alerts. I have found third party solutions through the
Office Marketplace.

What I need though is a way to specify a different email address for each of
the reminders. So far I haven't been able to confirm this capability for any
of the plug-ins.
