How do I send an email without email addresses showing?

I want to send email messages that show the peoples names, but not their
email addresses. I want it to show just the names of the people that I am
emailing to, so that everyone who gets the message knows who all got it. Is
this possible? I have received emails from people who have done this, but
they do not have Outlook.

Open the contact an enter the name in the display as - field, if not already
there or update to what you want it to be. This will show up when sending
an email instead of the email address.

I have done that, but ti didn't work. In my screen when I send it, it only
says the names of the people. I sent emails to my alternative email address
to check and see if it worked or not, but it didn't. When I opened the emails
inteh other accounts, the names & email address showed. Did I do something
wrong? Did I miss a step? I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I also
did a distribution list and all the the emails and names showed up.

Sorry, I looked into it more, and when the person that I sent the email to...
When they resend it, only the names appear. Is there anyway to make is so
that only the names appear to begin with though?
