how do I send a simple letter to a contact?

I've got Microsoft Office 07 with Business Contact Mgr. When I have a
contacts record open how can I send them a qucik direct mail letter. I
understand how to e-mail but how do I send out a simple letter?

It works backwards. You go to Word, start your letter, and then pull
the Contacts name and address into the letter.

Funny thing is, I don't work backwards. I would like to start a letter
from the contact (or even better, project ) tab.
