How do I send a PowerPoint Presentation to word in blackandwhite?

I want to send a powerpoint presentation to word that is in color and have it
be in white scale in the word file.

Sounds like you've upgraded from Office 2000, where this used to work as you
want it to.

Unfortunately, it no longer does. If you have a copy of 2000 around, try the
Send To Word from there.

If you have 2003 with MS Document Imaging printer (MODI) installed, you can
print to MODI as an MDI (select the B/W or Grayscale option first), open that in
the MODI viewer then save as TIFF, then insert the TIFFs into Word in place of
the color PPT slide images it created when you used Send To Word.
