How do I send a mail merge from outlook with html?

I have been reading all the posts on this problem and I do notunderstand when
this happened. I sent my last newsletter out by Email merge out of outlook in
HTML format and it went fine. Then I goofed and installed Office 2007 Beta. I
had to remove it and go back to Office 2003 small business edition and after
that I was unable to send HTML mailmerges. When was the secutrity update that
prevented it and can I remove it?

There is no security update to prevent mail merges. What exact symptoms are you seeing?

When I attempt to merge out of Outlook with an HTML newsletter, it goes
throught the process but nothing is sent and no one receives it. I can only
send text only mailmerges out of Outlook. The last newsletter I sent out on
June 22 went out fine when I merged it out of Outlook. After installing the
2007 Beta, I had so many problems, I uninstalled it and went back to 2003.
This is the first time I found I could not merge HTYML out of Outlook.
