How do I send a colleague a report I have designed?

Hi, I am working with a number of people who use the same access 2003
database but with their own data and I have designed a query and report that
I think they would find useful. I know that if I send them the SQL version
of the query they can add this to their databases, but how would I send them
the report part?

You could create a new, blank mdb and import the report. Then send them the
mdb with the single report and have them import it.
 
Simplest method is to create a new database and import the query and report
into the new database using the menu

--Menu: File: Get External Data: Import
--Find your database
--Select the report and the query

--Send your colleagues the database

-- Have them open their database and use
Menu: File: Get External Data: Import to import the two objects
