how do I send a bulk email & protect indentity of individuals

I want to send an email to a group on a distribution list, but want to keep
the individuals email addresses private so that others cannot identify the
address properties

Depends on your ISP - you need to ask them if they have limits. Most ISPs
do, to stop spammers. If yours does, they might make an exception for a
legitimate reason, or if not, try Mail merge.
