I am trying to figure out how to get a block of text from a form in Access
into a Word Document. the text is the comments that a marker has made on an
assessment and I need to be able to either send the text in this specific
part of the form to Word for printing or print the 'marker's comments' only
from th form. The use of either macros or something else would be a great
help, I dont have any experience with macros so any advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Brian,

Do I read your post correctly?... Your purpose here is to print the
marker's comments? And that's all? I assume these comments are in a
single textbox on the form, and there is a Comments field for each
record? The easiest way to achieve this would be to make a Report
within your Access database, to show the required data, and print that.
The easiest way to get it into Word (though maybe that is not
necessary) is to make a Report within your Access database, to show the
required data, and then export to RTF file.

If you need more explicit help with this, maybe you could post back with
some more detailed description of what you have and what you want.
