How do I see graphics and links in Outlook Express 6 emails?

I'm using Outlook Express 6. Although I have not deliberately changed any
settings, incoming emails suddenly stopped containing graphics (pictures,
borders, etc.) and usually contain a "ATT" attachment that contains the email
with all the graphics being displayed. If I forward the email, the outgoing
email displays all of the graphics. However, if I send it to myself, Outlook
Express 6 again deletes the graphis. Help!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
