how do I see full email headers?

in Outlook 2002?

(rhetorical question -- why isn't there a help with an index that just says
"full headers" or "headers, full"? this search has taken 20 minutes so
far....)

P.S. When I do a Help search on 'headers' (OL2003) I get this article
