How do I see e-mail adresses in 2007, switching mail to contacts?

In Outlook 2007, when I switch from looking at my Mail to Contacts, the
e-mail address is not there unless I check on the Contacts name. I can't find
a Field for that.
There has to be a way to see that?

In Contacts, right-click on any column header and click on Field Chooser.
