How do I see e-mail address in From column of view

The From column only displays 'joe blogs' but the
properties show 'joe blogs' <[email protected]>.

How do I get to see the full e-mail address in the From
column?

If it is possible to only see the (e-mail address removed) without
the 'name' associated, that would be even better.

I think this is the wrong group. I should be in the
exporer group as I am using outlook express.

But yes, I am still looking.
 
Yes, I have a solution for Outlook not
Outlook Express.
