How do I search for a folder name within a personal folder?

I am trying to find a misplaced folder within an Outlook Personal folder
(PST). How do I search by folder by name? All of the search functions seem to
only look for messages.

Just display your folders in the Folder List view. Since they're all
alphabetically ordered, it should be easy to find your folder.

Thanks for the info, but this is not really what I am after. Maybe I should
explain further: There are many subfolders in the PST and listing them all
under Folder View will take forever. I am trying to find a way to do a quick
search to locate a particular folder by name without hunting for it through
all the folders. I'm not sure why this option is not available. Hopefully I'm
just missing it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nonsense. Just click the Folder List button at the bottom of the Navigation
Pane to see all your folders.

I appreciate your attempt to help me, but what I said is not "nonsense".
Clicking the Folder List certainly does show you all the available folders,
but it does not open the Personal folder and display every single subfolder
(like a tree). As far as I know it has to be done manually by opening each
subfolder. I was looking for a simple way to do a search by folder name to
find the exact location of a misplaced folder within the subfolders since
there were so many to open in this particular PST.
I ended up finding it one my own by referencing a backup PST and searching a
couple nearby folders which it had mistakenly been moved to.
The closest thing I found to search for a folder by name is under Tools/Find
Public Folder. But of course, Microsoft doesn't think it should allow it to
search personal folders for some reason even though you can browse to them
using that tool. It can only search Public folders. Seems to be a simple
search feature overlooked in Outllook.

If you can recall a message in the folder you seek, using Advanced Find can
tell you what folder it's in. If you remember a portion of the folder name,
a Search folder can help as well. Use the Advanced settings and the "In
Folder contains" condition to enter a substring of the folder name and the
search folder will show you all the messages in folders whose names contain
that string and tell you the full names of the folders where the messages
reside.

I did this, and did NOT get "the full names of the folders where the messages reside," i.e. I did not get the full folder hierarchy. I only got the name of the folder itself.
