I have been using WS Repeat Appointment
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/Repeat Appointment/ to accomplish
this. It is a shareware program that will allow you to set recurring
appointments that do not use a standard repeat recurrence pattern. It works
very well and I have found it useful for those occasions where an
appointment is a randomly occuring item.
Unfortunately, Outlook does not include an option for scheduling
non-standard recurring appointments.
You can also set the first apppointment, and then drag and drop to the date
navigator for additional meetings.

After furious head scratching, JerNJ asked:
| Is it possible in the Outlook Calender to schedule meetings that
| don't happen at random, that is not weekly or bi-weekly, etc.
| Basically I would like to schedule the same event once a month but on
| different days in one meeting request.
