How do I save my PPT bkrounds from "progm file" to PPdesign list

HELP !!
I downloaded and saved a bunch of free PPT designs in my "program files"
folder. But I do not know how to get to them to use for a presentation or
"search" for them when I am in the PPT program.

Just save them to a new folder that you can create on your Desktop (or any
other easily accessible location).

You can then apply those presentations/templates to your existing or new
presentations.
