You don't have to be a " techie ", but you have to explain your problem
better, in layman terms.
Since you gave nothing to work on, I'll assume you are asking the most basic
question :
My assumption : You received an e-mail with powerpoint attachment, and you
want to know how to save the attachment, separate from the e-mail.
If that is what you asked, follow this :
1. Right click on the attachment ( the paper clip )
2. click Save Attachments ( since you are using Windows Mail )
3. The next window will tell you where the powerpoint is going to be saved
to, ie. Documents, Downloads, Pictures etc. It is shown under Save To
heading, inside a box. If the destination is not what you want, click Browse
and choose the destination folder in which the attachment will be saved to.
4. Click Save.
That's it.
You can now navigate to the chosen folder, and find the powerpoint
attachment.
