Hey. I need to reformat my hard drive and I want to save my outlook 2007
calender on a usb-stick, so I don't loose all my appointments. But how do I
do that?

(I cannot use the save as-function since it only saves a version of my
calender where I cannot see my appointments.)

Thanks,

Close Outlook and make a copy of your pst file. (Assuming you are not using
Exchange Server which you omitted to tell us...)

No exchange server as far as i Know. Where do I find the file? Where does
outlook save it? Thanks.

Open Outlook, right-click on Personal Folders in the Folders Pane, choose
Properties, click on Advanced and in the File Name field you will see the
location.

Click File>Data File Management. Select the PST and click Open Folder.
