how do I save my older calander dates?

I want to go back and look at older calender dates. Can that be done? When I
go back a month the appointmtnts are gone from the calender can I save the
appointmenst ?

By default, Outlook saves all past calendar events. Did you enable
autoarchive on the Calendar or do you sync with a hend-held device?
 
Brian, I have the same problem saving passed calendars. How do I retrieve
the calendars thorugh autoarchive. I do sync with my blackberry. I would
like to go back as far as January, 2008.

The Blackberry's default configuration is to delete anything two weeks old or
older, I believe. When you sync, your sync software also removes them from
Outlook. Outlook has no control over the sync process. It's all up to the
sync software. Configure your Blackberry to keep old items forever and the
sync software won't remove them from Outlook either.
