How do I save folders from OE6

We are an attorney office and some of the attorneys have several folders in
OE6 and when the file is closed, they would like to remove that folder from
OE6 and save it to the client file. I have followed directions on copying it
and putting it elsewhere, but when we tried to import it back into OE6, it
says it can't find it. I don't know what I am doing wrong. HELP. Thanks.
