How do I save calendar invites from people in other companies?

I work for one corporation and my customer is another. WHen they send me
calendar invites it comes across without the ability to Accept or Decline. I
can open the message and it appears like a calendar message but it does not
show up in the calendar automatically and I cant save it to calendar, Accept
or Decline? Anyone have the cure? Im missing meetings left and right due to
this.
 
Check if they can send the items as iCalendar items. It's an option in
Outlook for items that are sent over the Internet.
