How do I save an Access report as a Word Document using VBA?

As a word document (.doc) you can't.
However you can as a .rtf document.

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "TheReportName", acFormatRTF,
"c:\TheFolder\DocumentName.rtf"

An .rtf document will not contain any special formatting or graphics
that might be in the Access report.
