How do I save a Custom Import Map? (Access to Outlook) No VBA!

I have created a custom Access database for a small business. All client
demographics are kept in Access. -- Going with the ONE SOURCE philosophy, I
want them to be able to EASILY import a few fields of the client information
into Outlook (for email purposes, basically). I have done this through
Outlooks Import/Export function, however every time we do an Import, we have
to "Map Custom Fields" over and over again. -- Since they may be importing
almost daily, I would like to save the Custom Import Map. -- This could
probably be done with a Macro written in VBA, but I don't know VBA. Is there
another way?
THANKS!

Outlook generally will bring up the last mapping used but there is no way to
make a specific mapping persist within Outlook itself (you may find our
products of interest as it relates to your requirements -
