How do I rotate a movie & maintain proportions?

PLEASE HELP!
I have imported several movies & photos into moviemaker.
One movies needs to be rotated 90 degrees but the others do not.

When I rotate the movie the proportions distort & the subjects look short &
fat.
Is there a way around this?

If the saved file loses it's aspect ratio...
