How do I retrieve data in submitted forms?

When I submit a form, on a messge board or something,
sometimes the forum doesn't work. But when I hit the back-
space the information I typed into the message board
isn't their anymore.

I can resubmit it. But what if the forum itself won't
take the message. (It's too long or something) Is their
anyway I can retrieve that message, so I can edit it?

Here's what happened to me. I submited a message to a
forum. The forum said.

"An Error Has Occurred!

Your message is too long. Please go back and shorten it,
then resubmit."

But when I went back, the information I had typed in,
wasn't their anymore.

I know the information is still in my computer someplace.

How do I get to it?

I was told there is a security setting you can adjust to
have IE keep your posts. I personally failed to find it,
but if you feel like playing with your security settings
you may have more luck.

If it is indeed a security setting, chances are that your
post, upon leaving the page, is not actually hiding
somewhere on the computer, easily accessible...

(This is not a problem for most casual surfers; however,
since I tend to post 20-50 loooong posts every day, I
decided to switch to another browser)
