I tried Diane's suggestion: Show the folder list view - Ctrl+6 - then right click on the calendar and add it back to my calendars. Click to expand... When I right click on the calendar icon that is immediately under Mailbox - [My Name], there is no command I see that will let me add this calendar to My Calendars.
