How do I restore Outlook

I inadvertantly deleted everything in Outlook. We found the pts file but can
not open it or reinstall it.

Hi Carol! I can not offer any help, but I experienced the same problem. I
may benefit from your initiative.

I reinstalled outlook97 by mistake. When I tried to open it I got the
following message. 'Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module
OUTLRPC.DLL at 0167:6e02223f. The message also included the following: A
required.DLL File: C:\Windows\system\vba332me.DLL was not found.

I would appreciate any help I can get. [Incidentally, Outlook Express
works.]

I did the same.. where did you find the pts files? Were you able to open
them?

I renamed the new Outlook2.pst which was the new one that was created today
when I messed up today and restored Oultlook to original setup; and renamed
it. I then renamed my old Outlook file (the file you can't open) to
Outlook2.pst and everything is back in order and all my emails are safe and
sound. Only thing i need to redo is thes ettings for all my email accts,
which is no big deal...
