How do I restore original drop-down menu items?

Excel 2003: I inadvertantly lost some of the drop down menu items from the
menu bar. For instance, when I go to "insert", I use to be able to select
"name" to create a name definition for a cell. It's no longer there! There
are dozens of other instances. I've tried to re-load the Office 2003 CD
several times and when I go to open the reloaded Excel, it still has the
missing selections.

Double-click on any empty section of the toolbar area (you can also
choose View/Toolbars/Customize from the Excel menu). This will display the
Customize dialog. Select the Toolbars tab. Scroll down the list of toolbars
until you see the "Worksheet Menu Bar" entry. Select this entry and click
the Reset button. This will restore all Excel menus to their original state.
