How do I restore my deleted files in front page?

I was trying to build a website. However all my documents and files got into
the website. I thought I could just delete it but by doing so I deleted all
my documents that were on my C: drive....does anyone know where those files
are. They are not in the recyle bin....please help!
 
FP does not use the Recycle bin so they are gone forever
- hopefully you have a backup somewhere

Do a search on "hex editor"--you may be able to recover some (only some)
of the text data. Deleting a file doesn't toss it, per se--what it does
is tell the operating system that the space is now free. The data is
still there until it's overwritten. But it's an awful lot of work, and
I'd only recommend trying it for any really really really important
documents.
